Judgment :- 1. Heard Mr.C.Baktha Siromani, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Kanmani Annamalai, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the Writ Petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that the petitioner has approached this Court as against the order of detention made on 15.02.2012. He had further submitted that the petitioner Industry has filed its objection. Therefore, the goods may be directed to be released, subject to payment of tax. 3. Recording the statement of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by directing the respondent to release the goods on payment of tax. 4. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
