Judgment :- 1. Heard the learned counsels appearing for both sides. 2. Since, the issues involved in all the writ petitions are similar in nature, they have been taken up together and a common order is being passed. 3. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petitions, the learned counsels appearing for the petitioners had submitted that a number of orders had been passed by this Court, earlier, in W.P.Nos.23316 of 2004, etc., (batch) and by an order, dated 24.3.2011, in writ petitions Nos.6365 of 2006 etc., (batch), quashing the G.O.Ms.No.241, Housing and Urban Development (UD-III-1) Department, dated 19.9.2003. It had also been stated that the said orders had become final. It had been further stated that a Government Order in G.O.(Ms).No.100 (Housing and Urban Development (UD-III(1) Department, dated 21.3.2007, had also been passed cancelling the orders and directions issued in G.O.Ms.No.241, Housing and Urban Development (UD-III-1) Department, dated 19.9.2003. 4. The learned counsels appearing for the respondents had not refuted the said submissions made by the learned counsels appearing for the petitioners. 5. In such circumstances, since, no further orders are necessary, the writ petitions stand closed. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
