JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, C.J. (Oral) Though the petitioners in these writ petitions have made several prayers, essentially, their only grievance is that they are not given equal treatment as contract teachers. This issue was considered by this Court in CWP No. 4954 of 2012 titled as Madan Lal and others versus State of H.P. & others, decided on 7.11.2012. Therefore, there will be a direction to the respondents to give a similar treatment to the petitioners herein also as given to the petitioners in the judgment referred to above, within a period of two months from the date of production of the copy of this judgment alongwith a copy of the writ petition(s) and the copy of the judgment referred to above, by the petitioner concerned before the second respondent/competent authority. 2. The Writ petitions are disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
