Judgment :- The writ petition has been filed challenging the notice issued by the respondent dated 20.6.2002 under Section 283(A) of the Coimbatore Corporation read with Rule 113 B of the Tamilnadu Urban Land Regularisation Act 1971. The petitioner states that by the said notice, he was called upon to regularise the building construction as if he had put up construction of 1200 sq.ft contrary to law. In response to the notice, the petitioner caused a reply notice through his Advocate on 25.7.2002 to the Commissioner, Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation explaining that the building plan was already regularised and the details have been set out in the reply notice. 2. In view of the above, the respondent is directed to consider the said reply notice of the petitioner dated 25.7.2002 and take a final decision in the matter in accordance with law. The petitioner is directed to resubmit a copy of the reply notice along with the connected records to the respondent authority within two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Till a final decision is taken by the respondent, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
