JUDGMENT 1. - This revision petition under section 397 read with section 401 CrPC is directed against the judgment dated 17.3.2009 passed by the learned Special judge, SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities Cases), Jodhpur (for short 'the learned Special Judge' hereinafter) in Cr.Case No.54/2007, whereby the learned Special Judge has framed the charges against the accused respondents for the offences under sections 323, 341 IPC, however, discharged them for the offences under sections 3 (1)(x) of the SC/ST Act. 2. Heard learned Public Prosecutor and perused the judgment impugned. 3. Having considered the submission made by learned Public Prosecutor for the State and upon careful perusal of the impugned order, firstly, I find no illegality in the impugned judgment dated 17.3.2009, which requires no interference whatsoever by this Court. Secondly, after passing of the order dated 17.3.2009 by the learned Special Judge, the trial has been concluded and the final order has been passed by the learned trial court on 30.3.2009. 4. Consequently, the revision petition fails being devoid of merits and the same is hereby dismissed. 5. Since the revision petition itself has been dismissed. Stay petition also stands dismissed.Revision dismissed. *******
