JUDGMENT Dev Darshan, J. The petitioner prays that half of the service rendered by her as daily wager be counted for the purpose of calculating service pension. Learned Additional Advocate General submits that this point already stand decided by Division Bench of this Court in CWP No. 180 of 2001, titled State of H.P. and another versus Ram Lal and others, decided on 31st May, 2012 in which it has been held that this relief cannot be granted. In these circumstances, I find no merit in this petition which is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs. 2. All pending miscellaneous application(s) also stand disposed of.
