ORDER 1. Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the appeal. Permission sought for is granted. However, liberty is granted to the appellant to approach the High Court by filing an appropriate Writ Petition, if they are aggrieved by the orders passed by the Ministry of Environment & Forests, dated 9.8.2010 within four weeks' time from today. If such a Writ Petition is filed, we request the High Court to decide the lis between the parties on merits, without reference to the period of limitation and, further, we restrain the respondents herein from raising the issue with regard to res judicata. With these observations, the appeal is disposed of.
