Judgment :- When the writ petition was taken up for orders on 2.2.2012, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence the matter was directed to be listed on 3.2.2012 for dismissal. On 3.2.2012 , at the request of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner the matter was directed to be listed on 17.2.2012. Today, when the writ petition is taken up for orders, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
