Judgment R.S. Jha, J.;- 1. Heard on the question of admission and interim relief. Though the petitioner has filed this petition being aggrieved by order dated 14.8.2012 passed by the respondent No. 2 withdrawing the work allotted to the petitioner as a nodal agency under the Member of Parliament Local Area Development Scheme (MPLADS), it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petition be disposed of with a direction to the Collector, Rewa to consider and decide the petitioner's representation dated 17.8.2012 in the light of the letter of the concerned Member of Parliament dated 19.9.2012, Annexure P-18. 2. The learned Govt. Advocate for the respondent/State submits that the representation of the petitioner shall be considered and decided in accordance with law. 3. In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition filed by the petitioner is disposed of with a direction to the effect that in case the petitioner files a copy of the order passed today and a copy of the petition before respondent No. 2 Collector, Rewa within fifteen days, the said authority shall consider and decide the petitioner's representation expeditiously, in accordance with law, keeping in mind the scheme framed by the Government of India and the guidelines laid down therein. 4. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and therefore the authority would be at liberty to examine the matter keeping all facts and facets into consideration and thereafter decide the representation by passing a reasoned order. 5. With the aforesaid direction, the petition filed by the petitioner stands disposed of. C.C. as per rules.
