JUDGMENT 1. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, as well as the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents had filed a typed set of papers, dated 18.2.2013, containing the statements of Unutilised Wind Energy generated by the petitioner through their Wind Energy Generators, as on 31.3.2011 and 31.3.2012. 3. In such circumstances, as no further orders are necessary, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
