ORDER H.N. Nagamohan Das, J. 1. In these writ petitions, the petitioners have prayed for the following reliefs: (i) Issue writ of certiorari quashing the sale deed executed between respondents 3, 4, 5 and 6 order (Annexure-A) bearing No. 1-3556 order dated 16-12-2003 passed by the respondent 10. (ii) And quashing the mutation entry, registered order (Annexure-B) bearing No. MR:25/2003-2004 order dated 19-1-2004 passed by respondent 9. (iii) Issue writ of direction to direct respondents 9 and 10 to remove the entries of respondents 5 and 6 from the Revenue records and entered the lien of the petitioners 1 and 2. (iv) Issue writ of direction to direct respondents 7, 8 and 9 to auction the said immovable (PTSL) properties and proceed the auction to be used to pay the dues of the petitioners and employer and other may be prosecuted under Industrial Disputes Act, 1947. The learned Counsel for the petitioners submit that he is not pressing the prayer Nos. 1 to 3. Accordingly, the writ petition insofar as prayer Nos. 1 to 3 is hereby rejected. 2. The prayer No. 4 is for a direction to the respondents 7, 8 and 9 to auction the land and to pay the dues of the employees of petitioners herein. The learned Counsel for the petitioners submit that the employees have secured the recovery certificate and the same is pressed for execution before the respondent-Deputy Commissioner. If that is so, the respondent-Deputy Commissioner to expedite the matter and to take necessary steps for enforcement of recovery certificate. Accordingly, the writ petitions are hereby disposed of.
