At the stage of the hearing of the writ appeal, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant had submitted that the appellant had been selected and appointed to the post of Grade-II Police Constable, for the year 2008-2009, pursuant to the report submitted by the second Medical Board, on 30.01.2013, as directed by this Court, by its order, dated 08.11.2012. In such circumstances, as no further order is required, the writ appeal stands closed. No costs.
