JUDGMENT 1. The petitioner seeks for revision of pensionary benefits by taking into consideration of half of the approved contingent service rendered by her during the period from 13.09.1968 and 30.09.1973 and salary increment period from 01.01.1973 to 31.03.1975. 2. It appears that seeking for such relief, the petitioner had already approached the first respondent, by way her representation, dated 10.08.2007. 3. It is stated by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the said representation sent by her has not been considered so far. Since, it is only a mandamus seeking for the benefit of revision of pensionary benefits, it is for the authorities to consider the same, based on the representation given by the petitioner. 4. As the representation of the petitioner is of the year 2007, I only direct the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the first respondent, within a period two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of such representation, the respondents shall consider the same on merits and in accordance with law, within eight weeks thereafter. 5. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
