JUDGMENT 1. Today, when this writ petition was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2. In view of the submission and the endorsement made in the writ petition, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected W.P.M.P.No.44084 of 2002 is closed.
