Judgment Vijay Manohar Sahai, J.—We have heard learned counsel Mr. Ravi Karnawat, appearing for the petitioners. Though notices have been served upon respondents, no one appears on their behalf. 2. This Special Civil Application has been filed challenging the order dated 19th December 2008 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal in Original Application No. 267 of 2006. 3. Before the Central Administrative Tribunal, the respondents filed a Claim Petition, claiming that they are entitled for being absorbed in Ahmedabad Division. 4. The Central Administrative Tribunal after considering rival contentions disposed of the Original Application on 19th December 2008, with a direction to the Respondents No. 2 Divisional Railway Manager, Western Railway, Ahmedabad Division, Ahmedabad, to pass fresh order so far as the case of the Applicants No. 1 and 3 are concerned within a period of two months from the date on which copy of the order is received by them. 5. Therefore, we do not find any illegality in the impugned order passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal. Hence, the present Special Civil Application is dismissed accordingly. Rule discharged.
