ORDER : 1. It is stated by Mr. Mohan Jain, learned Additional Solicitor General, that Bungalow No. 110 (Type-VII) at New Moti Bagh, New Delhi was earlier allocated to Mr. Justice Viney Mittal, Member of Mahadayi Water Disputes Tribunal but at the request of the Tribunal the said allotment had been withdrawn. 2. Mr. Jain, further states that the Union of India, Ministry of Urban Development, has no objection in allotting the said Bungalow to Mr. Justice Mukundakam Sharma, Chairman of the Vansadhara Water Disputes Tribunal. 3. Accordingly, we direct the Union of India through Ministry of Urban Development to allocate the said Bungalow to the Chairman of the Vansadhara Water Disputes Tribunal forthwith. 4. It is stated on behalf of the members of the Tribunal that if type VII houses are not available then they are willing to take type VI houses also. 5. In view of the aforesaid, we direct the Union of India through Ministry of Urban Development to consider their request and if such houses are available, to make the allotment forthwith. 6. Interlocutory Application No. 8 is disposed of accordingly. 7. List Interlocutory Application No. 7 after two weeks.
