Judgment S. NAGAMUTHU, J. 1. The petitioner has come up with this Habeas Corpus Petition alleging that her husband, Thoufeeth Ali, (wrongly mentioned as Thoulath Ali) has been found missing from 02.12.2012 onwards and his whereabouts are not known. 2. When this Habeas Corpus Petition was taken up today for hearing, the second respondent produced Mr. Thoufeeth Ali. 3. On enquiry, he would state that he is aged 38 years. Because of misunderstanding between the petitioner and himself, he left the matrimonial home and he has been residing with her sister at Devanampatti. He has already taken steps to say “Talaq” to dissolve the marriage. 4. In such circumstances, since we find there is no illegal detention, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
