JUDGMENT 1. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 2. This Review application has been filed by the petitioner, praying that this Court may be pleased to review its order, dated 11.9.2012, made in W.P.No.22677 of 2012. 3. The main contention of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner is that several matters, wherein similar issues have been raised, as in the present writ petition, have been listed for hearing before this court, on 11.3.2013. Hence, this court may be pleased to review the order, dated 11.9.2012, and to restore the writ petition, in W.P.No.22677 of 2012, and to list the same, along with W.P.Nos.32137 of 2012 etc. (batch), to be heard on merits. 4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has no objection for this court passing such an order. 5. As such, the order passed by this court, on 11.9.2012, in W.P.No.22677 of 2012, is set aside. The Registry is directed to list the writ petition for hearing, before the bench concerned, along with W.P.Nos.32137 of 2012 etc. (batch).
