JUDGMENT S. Nagamuthu, J. 1. The petitioner is the mother of one Ashok Kumar, aged 20 years. According to the petitioner, Mr.Ashok Kumar has been found missing from 03.11.2012. She has got suspicion that the second respondent has detained him illegally. 2. When this Habeas Corpus Petition was taken up today, the first respondent has produced the detenue, Mr.Ashok Kumar. On enquiry, he would state that he went to Coimbatore seeking job and now, he has returned. He has further stated that he has not been detained by anybody, more particularly, by the second respondent. 3. Since, there is no illegal detention, no further orders are required in this Habeas Corpus Petition. Therefore, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
