JUDGMENT 1. Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner who would echo the heart-burns of his client to the effect that the revision petitioner filed the suit in O.S.No.162 of 2012 before the Lower Court for permanent injunction as against the defendants; and that he also filed I.A.No.512 of 2012 under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 for interim injunction, but the said I.A. has not been considered by the Lower Court and the same is pending without any progress. Hence, the learned Counsel for the revision petitioner would pray for a suitable direction to the lower Court to dispose of the I.A. within a time frame. 2. I could see considerable force in the submission of the learned Counsel for the revision petitioner and accordingly, the following direction is issued. The lower Court shall do well to see that the I.A.No.512 of 2012 is disposed of within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment in disposing the same. 3. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
