Saeed-Uz-Zaman Siddiqi, J. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. 2. I must appreciate learned Standing Counsel, who has summoned the District Magistrate concerned suo-moto. The conduct of the District Magistrate deserves appreciation who made the statement that he shall withdraw all the consolidation appeals, which were entrusted to Sri J.P. Tiwari, A.D.M. (F and R). 3. In view of this statement the writ petition has become infructuous. The District Magistrate shall transfer the case to the court of Deputy Director of Consolidation as per his statement. 4. With these observations, writ petition is dismissed. _____________
