ORDER H. Billappa, J :- The learned Counsel for accused No.1 has filed affidavit of accused No.1 today. Paragraphs 2 to 4 read as follows: "2. The act of criminal contempt is briefly narrated in Para No.8 and 9 of the complaint-Annexure-B. I accept the fact narrated in Para No. 8 and 9 of the complaint. I am very sorry for the incident which should not have happened. I repent for the incident happened. As such I submit my unconditional apology to this Hon'ble Court as well as to Shri Ravikumar H.R. 3. I have already tendered my un-conditional apology by filing my affidavit. Inadvertently I have denied the facts narrated in Para No.8 and 9 (Annexure)-B, in my affidavit already filed in the matter. 4. As such once again, I tender my unconditional apology to the Hon'ble Court as well as to Shri. Ravikumar H.R. Please accept my unconditional apology and discharge me from the case." 2. The accused Nos.2 to 8 have filed affidavit dated 21.01.2013 tendering unconditional apology. 3. The accused Nos. 1 to 8 are ready to express their regret and tender unconditional apology to Sri H.R. Ravikumar, the Presiding Officer, wherever he is. 4. We are convinced the accused have realised their mistake. They have tendered unconditional apology. No doubt, the conduct of the accused Nos 1 to 8 is unacceptable. However, they have tendered unconditional apology and they say that they will not repeat such acts in future. We consider it propel; to accept the unconditional apology. 5. Accordingly, we accept the unconditional apology and drop the contempt proceedings. The accused Nos. 1 to 8 shall appear before Sri Ravikmuar H.R. the Presiding Officer wherever he is and tender unconditional apology in the open Court within two weeks from today. The accused Nos. 1 to 8 shall file affidavit in the pending proceedings also. The contempt proceedings are dropped. Send copy of this order to Sri Ravikumar H.R. the Presiding Office after ascertaining his present address.
