ORDER : IA NO. 190 1. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. Prayer (a) The Monitoring Committee is directed to release 10 % of the sale proceeds out of the 20 percent of the sale proceeds retained by it to the lessees in "Category A" and transfer the balance 10 percent to SPV. 3. This order will also apply to sale proceeds of all Category "A" lessees. 4. Prayer (b) We direct that the Central Empowered Committee’s recommendation approved in para 15 of the judgment dated 18th April, 2013 to sell sub-grade iron ore also be made applicable to sale of disposal of sub-grade manganese ore. 5. Prayer (c) in the application will be taken up next Monday i.e. 16th December, 2013. 6. The Karnataka Iron Ore and Steel manufacturers’ Association may put in a response with regard to the prayer (c) before the next date of hearing. IA NO. 188 7. The Central Empowered Committee will respond to the interlocutory application filed by Karnataka Iron Ore and Steel Manufacturers’ Association as well as the interlocutory application filed by the State of Karnataka within two weeks. 8.
