JUDGMENT Mrs. Sabina, J.: - Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in NCB Crime No. 10 dated 1.3.2013 under Section 8, 20, 23, 29, 60 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Narcotic Control Bureau, Sector-25, Chandigarh. Heard. 2. As per the prosecution case, 4.150 kilograms charas was recovered from the co-accused of the petitioner. The said accused stated that they had purchased the contraband from the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that when the house of the petitioner was searched, nothing incriminating was recovered. 4. Keeping in view the above facts, it would be just and expedient to order the release of the petitioner on bail. 5. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed. Petitioner be admitted to bail subject to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chandigarh. ------------------
