ORDER : IA No. 32 of 2013 in WP(C) No. 306/2004 has been filed for seeking various reliefs. However, after hearing Ms. Bina Madhavan, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. Siddharth Luthra, learned ASG, Mr. Saurabh Ajay Gupta, AAG, Punjab and Mr. Gaurav Sharma, learned counsel for MCI, we are of the view that at such a belated stage, all the reliefs sought for by the applicant cannot be granted. 2. However, we have been assured by the learned counsel appearing for the Medical Council of India as well as the State of Punjab that for the academic year 2014-2015, the cut-off dates fixed by this Court in Mridul Dhar (Minor)& Anr. Vs. Union of India & Ors. 2005 (2) SCC 65 para 11 shall be strictly adhered to. 3. I.A. No. 32 of 2013 in WP(C) No. 306/2004 is disposed of accordingly. 4. No orders on the applications for impleadment. Applicants are permitted to intervene in the matters.
