Judgment Vijay Manohar Sahai, J.—We have heard learned Counsel Mr. Pravin P Panchal, appearing for the petitioner and learned counsel Mr. M.K. Vakharia, appearing for the respondents. 2. In this Special Civil Application the petitioner has challenged the order dated 15th April, 2011 passed by the Appellate Authority and order dated 20th December, 2010 passed by the Respondent No. 2. 3. That against the order passed under Rule 28 of the Central Reserve Police Force Act, 1949, statutory revision lies before the superior authority. Therefore, since the petitioner has not exhausted an alternative remedy, we dismiss this Special Civil Application on the ground of availability of statutory alternative remedy of Revision with a liberty to the petitioner to file revision under Rule 29 of the Central Reserve Police Force Act, 1949. Rule is discharged.
