ORDER The petitioner is A.2 in Crime No.154 of 2012 of Golconda P.S., Hyderabad, registered for the offence under Sections 498-A and 304-B IPC. 2. The accusation made against the petitioner is that she, along with other accused, harassed the deceased Smt. Shabana Sulthana on the ground of additional dowry and the said Shabana Sulthana, being not able to put up the harassment, committed suicide on 17.5.2012. 3. Heard learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent/State. 4. It is contended by learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner that no specific instances of harassments attributable to the petitioner have been stated in the report lodged by father of the deceased. A further contention has been advanced that all other accused have been arrested and released on bail as on this day. 5. The factual aspect of other accused being on bail as on this day is not contradicted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. In that view of the matter, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner on certain conditions. 6. Accordingly, the criminal petition is allowed and the petitioner is directed to surrender herself before the S.H.O.; Golconda P.S. within a week from today, and on such surrender, she shall be released on bail on her executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.5,000/-(Rupees five thousand only) with two sureties for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the same S.H.O and on further condition that she shall appear before the S.H.O., Golconda P.S. once in a week i.e., on every Saturday between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., for a period of four weeks or till filing of the charge-sheet whichever is earlier.
