Crl.M.No.M-37059 of 2013 The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to respondents no.2 and 3 to look into the complaint filed by the petitioner and to register a case against respondent no.4. Heard. Perusal of Annexure P8, i.e. representation given by the petitioner to the Director General of Police, Haryana, at Panchkula, shows that request is for registration of a criminal case against respondent no.4. However petitioner is having alternative remedy to approach learned Illaqa Magistrate under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. for getting the FIR registered, if any cognizable offence is made out as held by Hon'ble Apex Court in Sakiri Vasu v. State of U.P., 2007(5) Law Herald (Supreme Court) 3910. Disposed of with liberty to approach learned Illaqa Magistrate under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C.
