JUDGMENT Mr. Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.: - Prayer in this petition is for grant of bail to petitioner Harinder Singh who has been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 409 and 420, IPC, in a case arising out of FIR No.82, dated 12.06.2010, registered at Police Station, Kurali, District Mohali. 2. Learned counsel contends that the alleged amount of embezzlement of Rs.1,35,792/- with interest has been deposited by the petitioner; that the petitioner is behind the bars from 16.09.2013 and further incarceration of the petitioner is not worth. 3. Learned counsel for the State on instruction, from Assistant Sub Inspector Hans Raj very fairly concedes that the alleged embezzlement of Rs.1,35,792/- with interest has been deposited by the petitioner and that the petitioner is behind the bars from 16.09.2013. 4. I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and with their able assistance gone through the material available on record. 5. Keeping in view the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner deserves the concession of bail in the present case. Accordingly, petitioner Harinder Singh son of Jarnail Singh resident of village Kakrali, Tehsil Chamkaur Sahib, District Ropar, is ordered to be released on bail during the pendency of the trial, subject to his furnishing bail bonds to the satisfaction of the learned trial court.
