JUDGMENT : Valmiki J. Mehta, J. 1. The only relief claimed in this writ petition is for implementation of the 6th Pay Commission Report with respect to schools in terms of the circular of the Director of Education dated 11.2.2009. It is not disputed on behalf of the respondent no.1-school, and more so because I have passed various judgments on this count, that the petitioner is entitled to benefits in terms of the circular of the Director of Education dated 11.2.2009. 2. In view of the above, the writ petition is allowed and petitioner is directed to be paid benefits in terms of the report of the 6th Pay Commission as implemented for schools in Delhi by the circular of Director of Education dated 11.2.2009. Petitioner, if in accordance with the rules, is also entitled to other consequential benefits on implementation of the 6th Pay Commission Report petitioner, she will also be given such benefits. Let the amounts due to the petitioner including arrears, be paid within a period of four months from today alongwith interest at 6% per annum simple from the date from which the amounts were due till the date of payment. If the amounts are not paid within four months then the rate of interest will be payable at 9% per annum simple. Parties are left to bear their own cost.
