At this stage of the hearing of the Original Side Appeal, a Joint Memorandum of Compromise, dated 8.4.2013, had been filed, signed by the parties concerned, as well as the counsels appearing on their behalf. 2. The learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties concerned had submitted that in view of the Joint Memorandum of Compromise filed before this court, no further orders are necessary, in the present Original Side Appeal. Accordingly, the Original Side Appeal stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
