JUDGMENT Krishn Kumar Lahoti, J. This appeal is directed against the order dated 4-10-2013 passed in Writ Petition No.17062/2013 by which the writ petition filed by the appellant challenging the order dated 13-9-13 by which the appellant was posted as Civil Surgeon in place of Deputy Director, Veterinary Services, Sheopur, was dismissed. 2. This order has been assailed only on the ground that the post of Civil Surgeon is inferior to the post of Deputy Director, Veterinary Services. The appellant was enjoying the administrative post. But no statutory provision could be brought to our notice to show that the appellant has been posted to some inferior post. It appears that local arrangement was earlier made by the State Government but now the appellant has been posted as Civil Surgeon, Sheopur in place of Deputy Director, Veterinary Services. From a perusal of the order placed on record, it appears that the posts of Assistant Veterinary Surgeon, Deputy Director, Veterinary Services and Civil Surgeon (Vet.) are equal posts and any person can be posted to any of the posts. 3. In view of the aforesaid, no fault is found in the order passed by the writ Court. Accordingly, the writ appeal is found without merits and is dismissed with no order as to costs.
