JUDGMENT Rajendra Menon, J. While disposing of the Writ Petition No.19048/2013 on 29.10.2013, a claim was made for considering the case of the petitioner for payment of salary i.e. for a period of 19 days in November, 2011 and for the month of December, 2011. 2. Keeping in view the aforesaid it is directed that while considering the claim of petitioner in accordance to directions issued on 29.10.2013 in W.P. No.19048/2013 the respondents shall also consider the claim with regard to payment of 19 days salary for the month of November, 2011 and the entire salary for the month of December, 2011. 3. The aforesaid claim shall also be considered and decided in accordance to direction already issued on 29.10.2013 in W.P. No.19048/2013. 4. With the aforesaid clarification/modification to the order passed this application stands allowed and disposed of. Certified copy as per rules.
