JUDGMENT Ravi Shankar Jha, J. Heard on the question of admission. 2. The petitioners have filed this petition claiming disbursement of D.A in accordance with the decision taken by the State Government on 16.9.2009, 22.7.2011, 19.7.2012 and 22.10.2012 and the order passed by this Court in W.P. No.16223/2013 and W.P. No.18771/2013. 3. The petitioners claim issuance of similar order as issued by this Court in those petitions. 4. It is, however, observed that the petitioners have directly approached this Court without approaching the authorities by filing a representation claiming similar benefit. 5. As the matter requires to be examined by the authorities and the issue of parity, etc. has to be considered in accordance with the orders passed by this Court and the rules and circulars issued by the State Government, therefore, the petition, filed by the petitioners, is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach the respondent authorities by filing a representation and in case the petitioners do so within fifteen days from today alongwith a copy of the order passed today and a copy of the petition, the concerned authority shall consider and decide the representation filed by the petitioners expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of three months thereafter. 6. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and, therefore, the authorities would be at liberty to examine the matter keeping in mind the order passed by this Court, the rules and circulars of the State Government and thereafter either accept or reject the representation by passing a reasoned order. 7. With the aforesaid direction the petition, filed by the petitioners stands disposed of. C.C as per rules.
