Judgment 1. Today, when these writ petition were taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petitions. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2. In view of the submission and the endorsement made in the writ petitions, the writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected W.P.M.P. No. 12888 of 2004 is closed.
