Aditya Nath Mittal, J.— Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. and perused the record. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that he was not involved in offence of Cow Slaughter and he has been falsely implicated. It has also been submitted that he was not driving the vehicle at the time of incident and when he was called to Police Station, he was arrested. Learned A.G.A. has opposed the prayer for bail. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, but without expressing any opinion on merits, let the applicant, Mohd. Imtiyaz, be released on bail in Case Crime No. 121 of 2013, under Sections 3/5/8 Cow Slaughter Act, P.S. Rauja, District Shahjahanpur, on his furnishing a personal bond with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned with the following conditions:- (i)The applicant will not tamper with the evidence during the trial. (ii) The applicant will not pressurise/intimidate the prosecution witness. (iii)The applicant will appear before the trial court on the date fixed. (iv)The applicant shall report to the police station concerned in the first week of each month to show his good conduct and behavior. In case of breach of any of the above conditions, the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail. _____________
