JUDGMENT 1. Both the learned counsels appearing for the respective parties submit that the prayer in this writ petition has become infructuous, in view of the fact that the retirement benefit has been paid to the petitioner and the same was also received by him. 2. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
