JUDGMENT Mr. Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.:- Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, Babloo @ Lassi, son of Davinder Singh, resident of Street Dr Lohaka, Noordi Adda, Tarn Taran, who has been summoned to face trial for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 148, 308, 323 and 325 read with Section 149, IPC, in terms of Section 319, Cr.P.C., in a case arising out of FIR No. 77, dated 8.4.2011, registered at Police Station, City, Tarn Taran. 2. Learned counsel contends that during investigation of the case, the petitioner was found innocent by the investigating agency; that the petitioner has been attributed two injuries on the person of Amritpal Singh; and that injury on the person of Bhupinder Singh attracting the mischief of Section 308, IPC, was allegedly caused by Vinay Kumar @ Rock. Learned counsel further contends that in compliance of the order dated 15.11.2013, the petitioner did appear before the learned Court below and was admitted to ad-interim bail vide order dated 26.11.2013. 3. Learned counsel for the State on instructions from ASI Jagtar Singh of Police Station, City, Tarn Taran, very fairly concedes that in compliance of the order dated 15.11.2013, the petitioner did appear before the learned Court below and was admitted to ad-interim bail. He further contends that during investigation the petitioner was found innocent and the injury attracting the mischief of Section 308, IPC, was not attributed to the petitioner. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and gone through the material available on record. 5. The petitioner was found innocent during investigation and the injury attracting the mischief of Section 308, IPC, has not been attributed to the petitioner. In compliance of the order dated 15.11.2013, he did appear before the learned Court below and was admitted to ad-interim bail. 6. Taking into consideration the overall aspect of the case, the present petition is allowed. The interim directions issued by this Court on 15.11.2013 are made absolute. 7. The petitioner shall continue to appear before the learned Trial court on each and every date of hearing unless ordered otherwise.
