JUDGMENT M. Jaichandren, J. 1. Today, when the Habeas Corpus Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor had submitted that the detention order, dated 27.10.2012, has been revoked by the State Government and as such, the petition has become infructuous. In view of the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed, as in fructuous.
