Judgment :- M. Jaichandren, J. 1. This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed challenging the detention order passed by the second respondent, dated 29.1.2013. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the Habeas Corpus Petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 had submitted that the detention order passed by the second respondent, dated 29.1.2013, had been revoked. He had placed before this court the government order, in G.O.(Rt).No.101, Co-operation, Food and Consumer Protection (E1) Department, dated 4.3.2013, to show that the impugned detention order, dated 29.1.2013, had been revoked. 3. In view of the same, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed, as infructuous.
