JUDGMENT 1. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents had submitted that the amount of Rs.5,59,350/- had been paid to the petitioner, as retiral benefits, on 22.4.2013. 2. In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, no further orders are necessary in the present contempt petition. Hence, the present contempt petition stands closed. No costs.
