Judgment :- 1. No representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent had submitted that the order passed by this Court, on 30.8.2012, in W.P.No.23602 of 2012, had been complied with. She had placed the proceedings of the respondent, dated 31.12.2012, to substantiate her claim. 3. In view of the fact that the respondent had issued the proceedings, dated 31.12.2012, pursuant to the order passed by this Court, on 30.8.2012, in W.P.No.23602 of 2012, no further orders are necessary in the present contempt petition. Hence, the contempt petition stands closed. No costs.
