JUDGMENT 1. - The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying that the time granted to the petitioner vide order dated 13.9.2013 to furnish bail bonds before the trial Court on or before 16.9.2013 whereby the trial Court had refused to extend the time for furnishing bail bonds also be set aside along with the order dated 20.9.2013 whereby on the same cause second bail application was rejected. Petitioner was named as accused in Criminal Case No. 118/2013 pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate Rajgarh District Churu titled Purushottam v. State of Rajasthan , for offences under Sections 341 and 376 I.P.C. 2. Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is aged 70 years and by order of 13.9.2013 (Annexure 1) petitioner was granted pre-arrest bail and he was directed to furnish bail bonds by surrendering before the trial Court on or before 16.9.2013. Counsel has further submitted that on 13.9.2013 petitioner became seriously ill and was medically advised rest for five days commencing from 13.9.2013 to 17.9.2013. The medical certificate has been annexed as Annexure 2. Thereafter, petitioner filed an application for extension of the time to surrender in the trial Court and furnish bail bonds. The prayer so made was rejected by trial Court on 18.9.2013. The petitioner filed second bail application and the same was also rejected on 20.9.2013. 3. After hearing counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of by setting aside the order dated 18.9.2013 along with order dated 20.9.2013 passed by Additional District and Sessions Judge Rajgarh District Churu. However, while upholding the order dated 13.9.2013 it is directed that the time granted to the petitioner to surrender and furnish bail bonds before the trial Court on or before 16.9.2013 is extended for a period of one month and petitioner may furnish bail bonds in consonance with order dated 13.9.2013 on or before 16.10.2013.Petition disposed of. *******
