Judgment :- 1. At this stage of the hearing of the contempt petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent had submitted that the request made by the petitioner, for the grant of approval of her appointment, as a Junior Assistant, in the fourth respondent School, with effect from 21.1.2004, had been rejected by the first respondent, by his proceedings, dated 17.4.2013. 2. In view of the said submissions, this Court is of the view that no further orders are necessary in the present contempt petition. However, it is made clear that it would be open to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings of the first respondent, dated 17.4.2013, if so advised, in the manner known to law. No costs.
