Judgment :- M. Jaichandren, J. 1. Heard the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the appellant, as well as the 1st respondent. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the appeal, the learned counsels, appearing on behalf of the parties concerned, had filed a joint memo. stating that a settlement had been arrived at between the parties concerned, and they had also filed a copy of the settlement agreement, entered into between the parties, dated 22.3.2013, before this Court. The settlement agreement, dated 22.3.2013, entered into between the parties, is taken on file, and it shall form part and parcel of the records. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties concerned, no further orders are necessary, in the present Original Side Appeal. Accordingly, the Original Side Appeal stands closed. No costs.
