JUDGMENT 1. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for disposal at the admission stage. 2. Heard Ms. R.Hemalatha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S.Haja Mohideen Gisthi, learned Senior Central Government Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents. 3. Though the petitioner has prayed for the relief of directing the 3rd respondent to grant refund of 4% Additional Duty paid in terms of Notification No.102/2007-Customs, as per the Petitioner's representation dated 15.03.2013, the learned counsel would make a plea that in respect of the subject matter for refund of 4% additional duty already paid, the petitioner gave a detailed representation to the 3rd respondent and if that representation is disposed of, the grievance of the petitioner would be redressed. 4. Learned counsel for the respondents has not opposed the disposal of the representation, but not the prayer as sought for by the petitioner, and requested a reasonable time for disposal of the case. 5. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to the effect that if the petitioner's representation is disposed of, their grievance may be redressed, without adverting into the merits of the case, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.03.2013 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above observations and direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
