JUDGMENT V. Chitambaresh, J. 1. The petitioner is an Advocate practicing in the High Court Kerala and Subordinate courts. He is aggrieved by the fixation of fare stage or the route High Court Junction -Malayala Manorama (Panampilly Nagar). The Regional Transport Authority has got the power to fix fare stage under Rule 211 of the Kerala Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989. 2. I permit the petitioner to move the Regional Transport Authority, Ernakulam (fourth respondent) as regards fixation of fare stage on the route. The motion, if any, made by the petitioner shall be considered within a period of two months thereafter. 3. Needless to say that the order so passed by the Regional Transport Authoity is revisable under Section 90 of the Motor Vehicles Act before the State Transport Appellate Tribunal. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
