JUDGMENT In view of the fact that O.S.No.336 of 2007 on the file of Learned District Munsif, Ambattur, Chennai has been disposed of, the Civil Revision Petition has become an infructuous one. To that effect, an endorsement has also been made by the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner in the Grounds of Civil Revision Petition. Recording the said fact, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of as an infructuous one. No costs.
