Today, when the Habeas Corpus Petition was taken up for hearing, the detenue appeared before this Court on her own along with the petitioner. On enquiry, she would state that it is true that for some time, the third respondent made her to stay at his home, and thereafter, the third respondent himself allowed her to leave from there and now she has joined the petitioner. She has further stated that she is happily living with the petitioner. The said statement is recorded. 3. Since there is no illegal detention, the petition deserves to be dismissed.
