JUDGMENT Revision is admitted. Heard both the sides for final disposal. 2. The grievance of the petitioner is of limited nature. It is the case of petitioner that in proceeding No. E-184/2010 Family Court, Aurangabad has not made it clear that the petitioner No. 2 - Kailas from that proceeding would be entitled to maintenance up to a particular date and the petitioner No. 3 - Jamuna from that proceeding would be entitled to get maintenance up to a particular date. The submissions made and the record produced in this proceeding show that Kailas was born on 12.8.1993, the proceeding for maintenance was filed on 28.7.2010. Thus, on the date of filing of the proceeding, Kailas had completed 17 years of age and he was minor. In view of these circumstances as there is no other grievance, the respondent from the maintenance proceeding i.e. the petitioner from the present proceeding will be liable to pay maintenance only for the period of 11 months to Kailas. 3. The submissions made and the record show that original applicant Jamuna was born on 17.4.1994 and she got married on 17.6.2012. As she got married on 17.6.2012, there will be no liability of present petitioner to pay the maintenance to Jamuna from the date of marriage. So this Court holds that the present petitioner will be liable to pay maintenance to Jamuna only till the end of June 2012. There is no grievance in respect of quantum. 4. In the result, the revision is allowed in aforesaid terms and the judgment and order of Family Court is modified accordingly. Ordered accordingly.
